this volume had great recipes from africa, cheese-less sauces, veggie options at quick-service restaurant chains, guide to vegan burgers and dogs, packet cooking recipes for individual dishes at a non veggie friendly dinner gathering or just self serve. also includes book reviews of latest nutrition and cook books. my next read will be vegan seafood.
